Neptune's Day

There are bald people everywhere. It's really interesting, but you're probably wondering why. A few days ago we celebrated Neptune's Day, which is a day long event that occurs every semester to celebrate the passing of the rquator. Around 1 o'clock, we passed the point where the equator and prime meridian cross at 0,0. So, it is tradition to kiss a fish, jump in the pool, and shave your head. Girls, boys, kids, everyone. I didn't shave my head...fully :-) sorry Mom!!!! It'll grow back, it's worth the experience. Next, we are going to be in Cape Town! I am so excited for this because I have been wanting to go there since high school. I have so much planned, so I'll make sure to keep you guys updated!
